1948 Foundation by M.Mohammend Hussein El-Sheikh and his associate M.Salheen Ben Seoud named Ben Seoud & Sheikh.

Opening of the first sale store of watches in Derna City

Tripoli:

1957 First store 1st September Street directed by Saleh El Sheikh & Suns

1967 Opening of the second shop Isteqlal Street directed by Abu baker EL Sheikh

1970 Opening of another shop Kuwait Street

1971 Opening of the second shop 1st September Street

1972 Opening of the Maintenance workshop Isteqlal Street

2005 Opening of new shop at Ben Ashour Street.

2006 Opening of new shop at Aljaraba Street


Benghazi:

1949 First shop directed by Hussein El Sheikh

1963 Opening of the second shop

1973 The association Ben Seoud & Sheikh corporate Body was finished because of the new laws (after the revolution of 1969).
